The quality of the finish or "polish" on your fiber optic connector endfaces is of critical importance, and machine polishing helps you to achieve the desired results on a consistent basis. To achieve the proper fiber optic connector endface surface, you must use a quality polish film that is made for machine polishing. Our aluminum oxide fiber optic machine polish discs, or films, are designed specifically for machine polishing and are available in .05um grit, in either 4" or 5" diameters. In addition to polish film, we can provide fiber optic polishing machines and accessories including precision machine polishing discs, pads and lapping films. We also have a complete line of fiber optic cleaners and other consumables required of the polishing process. |
