The FSM-50R12 Fiber Optic Mass Fusion Splicer includes many advanced features such as dual monitor position, automatic arc calibration, 45 second tube heater, long life batteries, multiple pre-programmed splice modes, automatic core to core, low loss splicing and user-selectable monitor position. The unit's wind protector can withstand winds up to 30mph, allowing fiber optic fusion splicing to be accomplished under adverse wind conditions. Also included in the kit are a CT-30 Fiber Optic Cleaver and a Hot Jacket Stripper with DC Cord. |
